Affable and very welcoming staff as one would expect. The location is quiet and great, as the hotel is based in the middle of the city. For tea and goodies visit Irene's Pantry, located close by.

We loved this hotel! The best aspects were the spacious rooms with lovely balconies, the great air conditioning, and the little pool out front. It was also in a fantastic location, within walking distance to everything and only a short moped taxi ride down to the beach - which only cost 60 baht. We enjoyed the convenience of having little bars and restaurants right beside the hotel too. The staff were really helpful and we got a good night's sleep as it was far enough away from the noisy strip.

The hotel is conveniently located, only a 25-30 minute walk from the main strip of Patong beach. This allows for a peaceful night's sleep, away from the loud noises. There are also several bars and restaurants nearby for added convenience. the rooms are spacious with a lovely balcony and a great shower. the air conditioning is excellent, ensuring a comfortable stay even in the hot weather. the hotel has a small pool, providing a refreshing option for relaxation.
Some guests reported encountering rude behavior from the staff at the reception counter, which could be improved.

The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning was great. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and bars. the staff were friendly and helpful. the little pool was nice to cool off in after a long day.
the overall cleanliness of the room was not great, with a big cockroach right in the middle of the room.
